Can I choose my own scents?
The Melt Club is designed to be a monthly surprise. Every box is personally curated by our founder with a mix of fan favorites and exclusive, unreleased seasonal scents.

What if a scent naturally changes color?
Because our melts are hand-poured in small batches, some fragrance oils—especially those containing vanillin—can naturally cause the wax to vary from crisp white to warm cream, tan, or deeper caramel tones. You may also notice natural striations or variations in color. These are beautiful marks of a handmade product and do not affect fragrance performance.

Shipping & Billing

When will my box ship?
All recurring monthly Melt Club boxes ship together by the 7th of every month via USPS Ground Advantage. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your box leaves our studio.

How does billing work?

Your First Box: You’re billed on the day you join, and your first box ships within our standard processing time.

Your Recurring Boxes: After your first purchase, active memberships are automatically billed on the 1st of every month.

Joining Near the End of the Month: If you join near the end of the month, your second payment will still occur on the 1st. You’ll simply receive two different curated monthly boxes back-to-back—your first box followed by the next month’s collection.
