Q: What is Glóavia?
A: Gloavia is a skincare and wellness brand formulated by award-recognized experts and proudly featured in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and Natural Health. Each formula is Ecocert-certified, clean, and crafted to restore your skin’s natural glow.
Q: Where are Glóavia products made?
A: All Gloavia products are manufactured in the EU under strict European cosmetic regulations for safety, purity, and sustainability.
Q: Are Glóavia products vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Yes. Every Gloavia product is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.
Q: What skin types can use Glóavia?
A: Our clean formulations are suitable for all skin types — including sensitive, oily, and combination skin — and each product page lists recommended skin types.
Q: Why doesn’t Glóavia offer a sunscreen?
Sunscreen is classified as an over-the-counter drug in the U.S., which means it is subject to a different regulatory process than cosmetic skincare products. At this time, Glóavia focuses on cosmetic-grade, clean skincare formulas and does not manufacture or import drug-classified products like sunscreen.
We encourage customers to use a trusted, broad-spectrum SPF alongside their Glóavia skincare routine.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders placed through Glóavia are fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday only. All shipments are sent via UPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, with tracking provided directly from Gloavia Skincare.
Do you ship to U.S. territories?
Yes! Gloavia proudly ships to U.S. territories, including Saipan (CNMI), Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Because these destinations are farther from the continental U.S., orders may require additional processing time and typically arrive within 10–21 business days once shipped.
We carefully package each order to ensure your skincare arrives safely, and we appreciate your patience as your products make their way across the Pacific.
Why is shipping calculated at checkout?
Because we don’t believe in inflating product prices just to pretend shipping is free.
Your rate is calculated based on:
- Product weight
- Packaging
- UPS/Carrier cost
This ensures you’re paying the real shipping cost — not an artificially raised product price.
Q: Does Glóavia offer returns or exchanges?
A: Yes, we want you to love your glow. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products. Please see our full return policy at the bottom of the site.
