Why I built The Glóavia Community
Let’s be honest.
We live in a weird world.
Everybody is beautiful.
Everybody is successful.
Everybody has perfect skin.
Everybody has the perfect house, perfect marriage, perfect body, perfect vacation, perfect morning routine and apparently enough money to buy a $14 smoothie every day.
And somehow we’re all exhausted.
Because a whole lot of what we’re looking at isn’t real.
It’s filters.
It’s editing.
It’s cosmetic procedures.
It’s carefully chosen angles.
It’s AI.
It’s people presenting a version of themselves that doesn’t exist in real life.
And now we’re supposed to look at all of that and somehow feel bad about ourselves because we’re just… human.
No thanks.
I want real women back.
I want the woman who wakes up with a face she didn’t put a filter on.
The woman whose skin changed after 40.
The woman with stretch marks.
The woman whose hair isn’t cooperating.
The woman who has a bathroom counter full of products because she’s still trying to figure out what the hell her skin wants.
The woman who doesn’t love being on camera.
The woman who isn’t an influencer.
The woman who works all day, takes care of everybody else and finally remembers at 9:30 p.m. that she hasn’t done anything for herself.
That woman matters.
Actually, those women are exactly who I built Glóavia for.
And then there’s trust.
That’s getting harder too.
We live in a world where you can stand in a grocery store and wonder what the hell is actually in your food.
You can pick up a skincare product and wonder whether the claims on the front of the bottle actually mean anything.
You can read an ingredient list and have absolutely no idea what half of it means.
You can watch an advertisement and wonder whether the person actually uses the product or was simply handed a script.
And you can meet someone online and have no damn clue who you’re actually talking to.
AI can write it.
AI can edit it.
AI can create it.
AI can make somebody look like somebody they’re not.
Hell, we’re getting to the point where you need to question whether the person in the video even exists.
So yeah.
Trust matters to me.
Not because I’m pretending Glóavia is going to fix the entire world.
But because I think people deserve to know who they’re buying from.
I’m Robyn.
I’m the woman behind Glóavia.
I’m not some faceless corporation.
And I’m not interested in building a brand around pretending everything is perfect.
I also don’t believe women need another place to be sold to.
We’re already being sold something every five seconds.
Look younger.
Get thinner.
Fix your wrinkles.
Fix your hair.
Fix your house.
Fix your life.
Buy this.
Buy that.
And if you’re still unhappy?
Apparently you didn’t buy enough.
Meanwhile, companies are charging more and more while ordinary people are working harder just to keep up.
That doesn’t sit right with me.
I believe a beautiful product can be worth paying for.
I believe quality matters.
I believe people should understand what they’re buying.
And I believe luxury doesn’t have to mean treating customers like walking wallets.
That’s why I built The Glóavia Community.
Not because the world needed another affiliate program.
I wanted something different.
I wanted women to have a place where they could participate without having to pretend they’re somebody they’re not.
You don’t need 100,000 followers.
You don’t need a perfect feed.
You don’t need professional lighting.
You don’t need perfect skin.
You don’t even need to call yourself a creator.
Maybe you have 500 people who actually listen when you talk.
Maybe you have a beautiful little local network.
Maybe you’re great at making videos.
Maybe you love skincare.
Maybe you’re the woman everybody calls when they want to know what actually works.
Maybe you want to share products online.
Maybe you want to sell locally.
Maybe you want to host a home-fragrance gathering.
Maybe you’re simply looking for something that’s yours.
There is room for you.
Women helping women.
That’s the part I care about most.
Because somewhere along the way, women got convinced that we were supposed to compete with each other.
Who’s prettier.
Who’s younger.
Who’s thinner.
Who has better skin.
Who has more money.
Who has more followers.
Who got the better house.
Who is aging better.
Enough.
I don’t want to build that kind of community.
I want women cheering when another woman gets her first sale.
I want someone who has been hiding her skin to see another woman being completely comfortable in hers.
I want a woman who never thought of herself as a creator to discover that people actually want to hear what she has to say.
I want women from different countries, different backgrounds, different ages and different walks of life talking to each other.
Because we don’t have to look alike to support each other.
We don’t have to live the same life.
We don’t even have to agree on everything.
We just have to remember that there’s another woman on the other side of the screen.
And she might need encouragement just as much as we do.
And yes, you can earn.
Let’s not pretend money doesn’t matter.
It does.
The Glóavia Community gives approved Community Partners the opportunity to earn 15% commission on eligible one-time purchases made through their personal link.
Skincare.
Hair care.
Body care.
Eligible one-time Home Rituals purchases in the U.S.
No commission on subscriptions or Subscribe & Save orders.
And for qualified U.S. Community Partners, there may also be an opportunity to purchase Home Rituals wax melts at wholesale and resell them at retail.
That’s not a promise that you’re going to get rich.
I’m not selling a fantasy.
You have to actually show up.
You have to share.
You have to build trust with your audience.
You have to create something people want.
But the opportunity is real.
And if you’re good at building relationships, you shouldn’t have to give everything away for free just because you’re a woman with a small audience.
We’re going to keep it human.
I don’t know exactly what The Glóavia Community will look like a year from now.
And I’m okay with that.
I’m building it with the women who show up.
Not with a boardroom full of people who have never met the customer.
Not with a marketing department creating some polished corporate version of “empowerment.”
And definitely not with a bunch of fake internet perfection.
Just women.
Real women.
Trying things.
Learning.
Creating.
Supporting each other.
Making some money.
Sometimes screwing it up.
Laughing about it.
Trying again.
That’s real life.
And honestly?
I think real is having a comeback.
Welcome to The Glóavia Community.
If you’re looking for another polished little corner of the internet where everyone pretends to have their stuff together…
This probably isn’t it.
But if you believe women can support women…
If you believe you can care about beauty without apologizing for it…
If you believe getting older doesn’t make you less valuable…
If you want to build something instead of just scroll past everyone else’s life…
If you want to share products you genuinely believe in…
And if you want to be part of something that’s actually human—
Come on in.
You don’t have to be perfect.
Hell, I certainly am not.
You just have to be real.
